We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Ancestral Herb. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch herbal products, we have the following return and refund policy in place:

• All Sales Are Final:  Because our products are personal-use, herbal preparations made in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at AncestraalHerb37@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
• No Returns for Opened Items:  For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered items. Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
• Lost Packages:  Ancestral Herb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears to be delayed or missing, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
